Dr Tafadzwa George Nyamurowa is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon based at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital. He holds a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Otorhinolaryngology from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a Fellow of the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA). In addition to his public sector role, Dr Nyamurowa provides private consultancy services through ENT Healthcare Practice. His clinical interests lie in otology and rhinology, with a strong passion for improving hearing health outcomes. A dedicated mentor and educator, he actively contributes to training the next generation of doctors as a volunteer lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe. He is a firm advocate for equitable healthcare and believes that every child deserves access to quality hearing care and affordable hearing aids. Beyond medicine, he is a devoted husband and proud father of three. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing social basketbal.

Stacey is the dedicated Practice Administrator at ENT Healthcare, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the clinic. She holds a Degree in Peace and Governance, a Postgraduate Qualification in Project Management, is a Certified Public Speaker, and has a Certificate in Front Office Administration. Her diverse academic and professional background enables her to combine strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a patient-centered approach. As the central hub of the practice, Stacey oversees all administrative functions, including managing patient appointments, coordinating the logistics of nationwide mobile clinics, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office. Her expertise in project management and administration allows her to support the clinical team efficiently, enabling the specialists to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Known for her warm personality, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills, Stacey is committed to creating a welcoming environment and providing the highest standard of administrative support to both patients and the clinical team.

Dr R.T. Nzvenge is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon based at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals. She holds a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Otorhinolaryngology from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) and is a Fellow of the College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA), having completed her specialized training in 2021. A prominent leader in the medical fraternity, Dr Nzvenge serves as the Secretary General of the Zimbabwe Society of Otolaryngologists (ZISOL) and is an active committee member of Women in Surgery Zimbabwe (WISA). Her clinical interests lie primarily in Paediatric ENT care. Alongside her public sector duties, she provides private consultancy through ENT Healthcare Practice, spearheading mobile community clinics in Kadoma, Gweru, and Kwekwe. Passionate about shaping the future of medicine, she actively teaches and mentors medical students at UZ. Beyond medicine, she enjoys sewing and gardening.
